This is the first of my monthly webinars, which will eventually be offered exclusively for members of my Phoenix Reborn Transformational Program! It’s an excellent chance to get a feel for what the webinars really like, and what our weekly group process sessions, one one one peer meetings and weekly homework will be focused on for the coming month.
Trauma and challenging emotional experiences have an impact on every single aspect of our being in ways that should not be underestimated.
Because traumatic experiences effect the development of our brains, the patterns of movement and holding in our bodies, our personality structures, our emotional responses to others and to environments/situations, and our energetic imprints, I believe it must be understood within each of these contexts. Likewise, trauma needs to be addressed in a holistic manner, and healed using a Five Body Approach (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic).
In this Webinar, you will learn how trauma effects our brains and bodies, and what type of treatment approaches work best to address these layers. You will learn how to become aware of feelings and sensations you experience emotionally and energetically throughout every moment of every day. You’ll learn how trauma creates our core belief structures and influences our thoughts, and how to shift mental programming without mindless affirmations or denial. We will cover addictions and coping mechanisms that may result from trauma, and how to release them. Finally, we will discuss how to make peace with the past, extract the necessary meaning from the experiences we have had, and move towards a sense of purpose and fulfillment in our lives, not despite our traumatic experiences, but because of them.
